Intro:
With insects having decreased 75% in the past 25 years, and bees disappearing with over 53%, we are in dangerous territories in entering an ‘ecological armageddon’. This booklet tries to portray the disappearance of beehives in Stockholm since 2015 through a series of stories surrounding one particular beehive in the city gardening project ‘trädgården på spåret’. The stories are told both from a general perspective as well as from the bees perspective.
